Webster's Punch Craft Kits, a great family hobby

Get the children started on a Webster Craft Punch Needle kit this half term and they will be hooked on this super hobby for a life-time.

Webster Craft's Projects for children include "Make your own Soft Toy Pets".

There are several kits available including Max the teddy bear, a cat, rabbit, sheep, pony and frog. It's easy to follow the pattern, simply punch both sides of the animal, follow the simple instructions, get an adult to sew both sides together and the child can stuff the toy with sponge or cut up rags.

Adult supervision is recommended at all times,
punch needle craft is recommended for age 7 and over due to a sharp needle.

I've had so much fun demonstrating crafts on QVC UK Shopping Channel for over seven years. I've enjoyed working with some fantastic people including Craft Queen Dawn Bibby and USA Craft Queen Carole Smith. Great people to work with. I've moved on to do other things for now, mainly spending time with my family (while the kids are still young) but I'll be back at QVC as I miss everyone there. However, on my blog I'll show you all the items I've demonstrated on QVC and I've also got some great new craft ideas to share with you all. I hope you'll love the new craft ideas as much as I do. Everyone who applies to be a presenter or guest presenter on QVC has to pass an audition, I was a tad worried that my northern accent was too "Lancashire" but my audition was actually a great experience as I'm at my best when under pressure. First I had to have an interview and also give a talk in the QVC boardroom, explaining about Webster Craft and our products and my experience as a sales demonstrator and marketing manager in our family business. I had a great deal of fun when I did my audition because it was with fellow Lancashire born, Julian Balantine hosting my presentation. Thanks Jules, you're the best. QVC presenters should all be given a gold medal, almost every other show on TV excluding the news & weather is pre-recorded, QVC and most other TV shopping channels are live TV in day time hours and if you make a mistake on air, it can't be edited out. I once said " this is a lovely shit design" I meant ship design" Oh dear, I got a ticking off but I was forgiven as it was a genuine slip of the tounge.
